1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if applicable).

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Return Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us with:

  • Product Name

  • Reason for Return

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds may take approximately 7–10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items received

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Email clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products that have been opened or used

8. Return Shipping Costs

If the Return is Due to:

Our Error (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product):

  • We will bear the return shipping costs.

Customer Preference (Change of Mind, Ordered Wrong Item, No Longer Needed):

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted and the standard return process will apply.
